Postage & Shipping

Our checkout will permit you to use UPS or Parcelforce/RoyalMail for shipping. 

  • UK Parcels are sent with UPS which will be offered to you through our checkout system.

All of these services require a signature on delivery at the address given on completion of your order. All parcels are insured by us. Tracking numbers will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

VAT (Taxes)

UK VAT of 20% will be automatically included through the checkout as soon as your address has been entered in to the system. This is for EU Members only (Europe)

Return & Refund Policy

Our shoes & accessories are sold as viewed online which is 'Discontinued stock' and '2nd Choice Factory shoes'. Any quality issues will be in writing in the product description therefore items can't be returned for reasons in the description. However, returns will be accepted if the item is incorrectly described. Returned goods must be 100% unused, unmarked and still in brand new condition unless it is broken or damaged on arrival. For returned Shoes, please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid creasing or marking them. Refund of shipping costs will be paid for by us only if we are at fault with our description or quality. If this is so, we will need to be notified within 7 days of delivery to your address. Once the item is returned and has been received by us a refund will be made. We have a £50.00 restocking fee for returned items where we are not at fault and it has been your decision to return them. This includes if you have ordered the incorrect size.

Cancellation of Order

We have tried to keep our website system easy to navigate but we do understand that purchasing on a website can sometimes be awkward. If you have placed an order incorrectly and need to cancel the purchase please contact us as soon as possible noting that items are shipped on the day or the day after purchase.
