Postage & Shipping
Your Parcel will be sent the day after your order.
We use Royal Mail for our shipping. We have been using Royal Mail for 5 years now and have had a very successful working relationship with their services.
- UK Parcels are sent Special Delivery which guarantees Next Day Delivery at a cost of £10.00 which will be offered to you through our checkout system.
- Overseas Parcels are sent via ‘International Signed For’ which estimates 5 to 7 Days for delivery to all worldwide destinations at a cost of £20.00 which will be offered to you through our checkout system. Shipping is free for all Made to Order shoes.
Both of these services require a signature on delivery at the address given on completion of your order. All parcels are insured by us. Tracking numbers will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
We ask you to kindly let us know when your item arrives so we can keep track on delivery times.
VAT (Taxes)
UK VAT at 17.5% is included in the prices shown. Non EU members don’t pay the full prices shown. The VAT of 17.5% will be automatically removed through the checkout as soon as your address has been entered in to the system.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature & good will of our clients and the quality of our products & service we don’t expect to have many returns, however, returns will be accepted only if the item is 100% unused, unmarked and still in brand new condition unless it is broken or damaged on arrival. If you have purchased shoes or other clothing where fit is important we also offer a return service where the item must be returned without any signs of wear or use whatsoever. For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes or clothing to avoid creasing or marking them. Return Postage will be paid for by us only if we are at fault with our description or quality. If this is so, we will need to be notified within 7 days of delivery to your address. Once the item is returned and has been received by us a full refund will be given including postage costs.
Cancellation of Order
We have tried to keep our website system easy to navigate but we do understand that purchasing on a website can sometimes be awkward. If you have placed an order incorrectly and need to cancel the purchase please contact us as soon as possible noting that items are shipped on the day or the day after purchase.
Made to Order

If you have a specific request of shoe that we do not have for sale on the website at the moment, please look at the Made to Order section for information regarding placing an order. You have the choice of the style, size, colour, width, last shape & sole material. Ultimately giving you a pair of shoes custom made to your personal preferences. With Free shipping on MTO shoes.
